I feel honored to get an opportunity to talk about Integrity and how it effected various aspects of my life. Integrity takes time to build, It lives within the core values a human,It also acts like a compass of life which drives us and guides us get the destination in right path and in right time.It is being true to our inner voice ,outer actions,Inner self,Outer world based on the moral values and ethics of an individual. Moral values should be taught from the childhood itself,In this parenting and schooling/education plays a very important role in shining both personal integrity and academic integrity which shapes a bright future of an individual. my mother is the one who taught me not to lie and inspired me to speak truth always and my father is the one who taught me how to keep a promise and standing up for what is right by practicing them.thats how integrity came into my life in the first place. I would like to thank my first coach Mr.Chenchireddy sir for training me to get into most prestigious schools of india which are called JNV'S(Jawahar Navodaya Vidyala Schools),i had to pass this entrance exam In Vth grade it self to get into the school.that was my first achievement as a 10 year old .It is a residential school. The campus provide a holistic development and promotes social integrity, creating the cream of the generations to come. Navodaya Education is a name that resonates with the immense opportunities, goals and capabilities of each student. It has a special program called "Migration" Migration of Students for National Integration The unique feature of Navodaya Vidyalaya Scheme is the Migration of students from one Navodaya Vidyalaya in a particular linguistic region to another Vidyalaya in a different linguistic region, to promote understanding of the diversity and plurality of India’s culture and people. According to this Scheme, 30% of children from one JNV are migrated to another JNV at Class-IX level for one academic year. Migration takes place generally between Hindi Speaking and Non-Hindi Speaking districts. From a modest beginning in 1988-89 with only 2 JNVs and 31 migrated students, the scheme has grown from strength to strength in the last 28 years, making it as one of the greatest success stories in the field of school education in India. Migration and Three Language Formula Migration - Exchange program of 30% of students at Class-IX level for a year between linked JNVs from different linguistic regions is an important feature of the Samiti to promote National Integration. This scheme provides for implementation of the Three Language Formula. The third language is taught in Hindi speaking districts and is linked with the migration of students. In the Hindi speaking districts, the third language taught in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas is the Language of the 30% students migrated to that JNV from Non-Hindi Regions. This language is compulsory for all. In the Non-Hindi Regions, Navodaya Vidyalayas follow the normal Three Language Formula i.e. Regional Language, Hindi and English. I volunteered for this program and went through the process along with my batch mates it got me opportunity for greater exposure. Having integrity helped me to make good relationships with the client in my work life as well At the end i would say it builds according to time and gets stronger by various experiences by time to time.
